My neighborhood has a family who essentially "free ranges" their young children, a woman who does Olympic lifts on her front lawn and a couple who I often spot 50 feet up a tree in their yard wearing climbing gear, among others. 200

I'm taking things inside and anticipating rain for my garden, only to have them dissipate at the city limits. It is as if the storm took one look at Raleigh property taxes and decided to circumvent. 130
