the ideas themselves isolated from SCP (i.e a fast moving statue vs SCP-173) can be licensed as the authors see fit (most have chosen not to do this)

They can make an SCP-esque movie with all the monsters and stuff and do their own licensing, but to specifically make an SCP movie everything derived from the wiki would fall under CC-BY-SA. This doesn't mean they can't negotiate with the SCP licensing team

though it also kind of removes human combat altogether because you can just have the xeno wipe out anyone you don't want to deal with. The Joe's are another encounter. The xeno does not pay attention to the Joes and will not kill them, and you can't effectively melee them until you get the stun

It can be distracted pretty easily at the start, but using the same method over and over will cause it to be less and less effective each time. It changes the other encounters, now instead of worrying about getting shot you have to worry about them alerting the xeno

before you encounter the xenomorph you meet some pretty basic human npcs, they'll shoot at you and its a threat but they're easy to distract or kill or run from. You learn very, very quickly that you cannot do that with the xenomorph

funnily enough it was rewritten twice. The first iteration was very explicit about the having sex part. The first rewrite made it more clinical and an admittedly interesting concept of a catholic succubus who didn't want to be a succubus (why she absolutely had to be 17 though is beyond me)
