Haven't really been able to do any art for like.. 2 or so *months*, been busy with IRL and lots of work stress unfortunately. Trying to dive back in and work on VTuber stuff, but here's a stress-relief doodle for the still-WIP card game. Still want to open for public sometime, needs a lil' bit more

Always been known as the "workplace therapist," doesn't matter which phase of co-workers I've had. 😅 Also in previous friend circles. I would honestly score my own perseverance lower and my patience higher. Lots of these fluctuate depending on the scenario, though. undertale.jadenthejaded.uk

A brief announcement I made in my Discord server. I'd appreciate if you take the time to read it!

Hey everyone! Just a quick update: Apparently, Twitch has decided that EVERYONE is opted in to have their data train AI by DEFAULT. I've already deactivated that on my channel, but this has really made me unsure of my future on Twitch. I know YouTube isn't much better, nor is there any other real viable alternative either.

I will continue streaming on YouTube for the time being while I attempt to figure out what to do/how to go about this. In the meantime, I urge you to turn off the AI settings in your settings, found in the settings menu.

This is a really shitty situation, honestly, and I'm extremely disappointed in the site that I've called home for the past five years. If anyone has ANY ideas for alternatives/things that can be done to mitigate the situation, I am open to hearing them out in the general chat.

In the meantime, I will say it AS LOUD AS I NEED TO TO GET THE MESSAGE ACROSS!

FUCK AI AND FUCK TECH BROS!!!

During this July I came across the Black-Crowned Night Herons again, which I originally first came across in October of last hear while #birdwatching / hanging out with a friend. Before I saw them in person, like the egrets, I thought they were gonna be.. much larger. 😅 Instead they're small goobers

In-motion photo of a male Black-Crowned Night Heron bending forward from a rock to quickly dip its beak into the water, taken as it reached its head back with the splash of water. Taken in July 2026.

Photo of a female Black-Crowned Night Heron, simply standing awkwardly with its neck completely reeled back to its body. It stands upright with its body primarily compacted, making it rather small and with its coat blended into its surrounding. Taken in October 2025.

While out #birdwatching again recently I finally hunted down a Marsh Wren, who I've heard on countless occasions but haven't seen until recently. Little bugger kept darting around, but did surface to the top of the many reeds to look around and also call. Took me ages to find among the reeds. 😭👍

Somewhat distanced photo of a Marsh Wren perched atop tall reeds with its beak open performing calls while looking afar.

Head back out to clear the head with #birdwatching again, finally got a few decent pictures of a (Cliff) Swallow. Big 'ol swarm of 'em were constantly flying around and moving from place-to-place, hard to get any focused areal photos but a juvenile was kind enough to stay still for me while perched.

Underside photo of a Cliff Swallow in flight, showing the wingspan and short body. The pale overcast sky in the backdrop has some lighting to the wing feathers but the body and shoulders are primarily darkened with some of the color still apparent.

Backside angled photo of a juvenile Cliff Swallow perched on thin wiring, a somewhat grumpy face looking back at the viewer. The colored hues are still coming in with dusky tones.

Cut back a tree, utilized the branches for a scrappy WIP card display from some early physical (messy) prints from my card game, ft. some of the early VTubers in it. Still want to add side borders, but it's nice to have for now. Names of VTubers in alt text. 👌

Photo of a card display with 3 rows each hosting 3 cards. The back is a flat light wood panel with each row divided by a cut branch placed horizontally that has a slight elongated V shape to it with the center card lower on each row than the other cards to its sides.

The top row has MMS, Zastie, and Nyu.
The second row has Jessica Pixel, Night Skye, and Sorarinya.
The third row has Villava (1st and 3rd variants) and Memblebee (mmmemmm, center card).

😀 I got to see a Hooded Oriole in the backyard!! 😭 It's a female Hooded Oriole tho so it's not the bold orange & black. Also saw some at the park while hunting the Western Tanager (didn't see Tanager tho). This thing loves to taunt me, but now I know at least one is feeding in our yard.

Photo of a female Hooded Oriole bird with it's almost entirely yellow body somewhat sideways as it awkwardly clings to a small hummingbird feeder, looking around between feeding.

My TCG game is just a nice, happy, pleasant place where no bad things happen. 🧍‍♂️ Totally harmless. Going with some experimental ideas for takes on "demons" in this world, nightmare-seeded shadows and teeth at a base form, with some variance.

Image of a card design of a nature creature card named: "Flittering Imp," depicting an abstract shadow creature with the loose strung silhouette of an owl flying at the viewer with purple rings around large dark eyes and human-like teeth below the beak.

Image of a card design of a nature creature card named: "Swarming Demons," showing a contorted human figure in pain holding their head with 3 rising shadows rising from behind them with open-mouth teeth all rearing towards the figure. The figure kneels in shallow water in a cave-like area with glistening colors around where the shadow demons are.

Rolling in another Creator card with @sorarinya.bsky.social! Another returning VTuber with more art now and plenty of gamba shenanigans. Couldn't resist doing both eyes as separate cards for extra flavor. You can primarily find Sora on Twitter & Twitch here: x.com/sorarinya www.twitch.tv/sorarinya

Card design showing "Celestial Chaos Sora," a Creator card. The art shows Sorarinya standing with her back to the viewer and her arm raised, a swirling bright impact in front of her and shooting stars in the backdrop.

2 card designs with "Chaos Gambit" to the left and "Sorarinya's Tears" to the right, both showing the left & right sides of Sorarinya's face with emphasis on her different eye colors. The left has a more loose style with her red-magenta toned eye, fierce with movement in the art. The right is more solemn and dark with her blue eye looking up and 2 tears going down the face with stars and swirls in them.

Full card that this drawing is for BTW: (Might be too OP, will have to see during playtesting. 😬)

Image of a card design with the name: "Exemplar of Fear." It is level 35 with dual typing of Dark and Vigor, and a creature card.

The art is the same as the original post with the lumbering thrall giant with the wooden bar across its back carrying bodies, the blindfold, and the disfigured hands as it looms above village rooftops, moon shining directly behind its back.

Zastie 🩸🙏 @zastie.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

The process of going back and rendering some of the placeholder art pieces for card game project is pretty satisfying. 😅 Especially considering how BAD my placeholders were for some of the cards, just being really simple concepts. Still like 26~ drawings before hopefully playtesting the project.

Image showing an art meme that has 2 progressional segments to it, the meme is credited to GROWTHBYVISUALS on it.

The first has "Just make it exist first" and a sloppily drawn circle, next to a very poorly quick render of a large figure standing hunched forward a bit with a large piece of wood on its back that has some small indications for figures handing from it, a blindfold, a piercing ring around its neck, and the moon shining at its backside.

The second segment has "You can make it good later" and a perfect circle render with it, next to the updated drawing from before with the same thrall figure in detail lumbering forward with disfigured hands, the blindfold, a pained expression, the spiked ring on its neck, bodies hanging from the wood positioned upon its back with crows swooping at the bodies, the peaks of thatched houses at the bottom of the composition, and a shrouded moon crested behind the thrall figure.

Image of a card design for a Creator card: "Night Skye, Shapeshifter."

The art features a figure (in a mid-transformation of 2 different states) leaning back with her arm outstretched towards a motif of 3 different phases of the moon, complete with stage-like framing with hanging stars and a bottom border having gemstones in them.
