fyi it's HDR (not OLED) that causes that • you might want to look at your settings for something like this to tone it down

Enhanced HDR brightness
Brighten and expand the color range and clarity in High Dynamic Range (HDR) images and videos. HDR content will appear brighter.

(side by side comparison that probably won't work as this is being uploaded from a different device that probably converted this back into an SDR image inbetween everything)
