Sounds like a plan. I was hoping to stream tonight. But my body is just telling me no outright. It sucks.

To be fair, I napped a good bit this afternoon. If nothing else I'm behind on my screen time lol. Was watching Columbo earlier. But a bad dinner has me unable to focus.

Dinner is just not sitting well tonight. Didn't even finish it all, but still feeling a little rough. Can't catch a damn break some days.

Here's some pics of what we found that are the most clear. We've got plenty of shells, some of them have the top and bottom as well. Some smaller edrioasteroids that resemble modern day sand dollars. Others not individually pictured here are some nice bits of quartz through parent rocks.

Depending on where we look at this park we can potentially find examples of Crinoids, Edriosteroids, Bryozoans, Brachiopods and other marine life from that time period. Hoping to find some really interesting examples. Gonna post the best ones we end up finding because...when are fossils NOT cool?

Gonna be taking the kids out tomorrow for some fossil hunting since both don't have school tomorrow. Gonna be my first time doing it, second time for them. The fossil park we're going to is known for a bunch of ancient underwater creatures from over 400M years ago.

I'm so sick of seeing political ads. Especially political ads for GOP candidates. It's CONSTANT bombardment of transphobia, islamophobia, xenophobia, outright lying and just pure bullshit. I'm so ready for this election cycle to be over.

Turns out that apparently one of the RAM slots on my motherboard just decided to go bad on me. So both sticks are in and are showing up just fine, and my PC is up and running like it should be. I did NOT need this today damnit! Glad it was a simple fix and not one that would cost hundreds of bucks.

So I took out on of the sticks. And it posted. Good sign. But I wanted to double check to make sure the stick was ACTUALLY bad and not just had popped out somehow or gotten dust in the connectors. So I switched them out, and it posted. I put the OTHER stick back in on a different slot. It posted.

I started checking my various drives to see if maybe one of them had gone bad (which has happened before and caused issues). But it wouldn't post. Checked all my connectors, everything was in. All of my fans spun up, including on my GPU and Power Supply. So then I thought, "Fuck...is it the RAM?"

About had a fucking heart attack because my PC decided to just stop working on me a little bit ago. It switched over to BIOS while it was on for no reason and without prompting from me. Then it wouldn't even post after I restarted it. Started checking components while thinking "FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!"

Note to self. It's not smart to try and test what hertz level your hearing stops registering via a YouTube video. Your ears will just continue to ring for a good while afterwards. On a positive note, my hearing is still pretty solid considering I'm almost 40. Can still hear upwards of 17k to 18k Hz
