all I had to do is to add it as integration to my local executor, and now I have access to it as mcp without deploying any MCP (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

Its not that a big deal except that my server can't be accessed outside my local network, so this MCP deployment won't be able to communicate with my local memory server. Docker didn't help, and I didn't want to waste much time, so since honcho provide openapi.json endpoint 2/+

let me tell you how Executor (executor.sh) saved my day. I host my own memory server (honcho.dev) locally but the local server sadly does not have mcp part of the self-hosted one, you need to deploy one on Cloudflare ... 1/+

Its up to your agent, the data goes back from those agents as raw data and your agent should layout the disagreement and let you choose the best route

I cam summarize what I like is mainly with their setup UI and the their way to try to fix the setup if i miss configure it. I have been using phpstorm for the last 14y, it sure feel slow but once you know what you need to disable/configure you will get used to it

I use intelephense with its premium features. But my problem is not php support, my main complain is about the debugging experience itself, in PHPStorm its top notch, in zed its meh 🫤

why not to run your runners on your own devices? not sure if this will be helpful or not. if you want to have your own hosted solution, I use gitea and gitea runners, and they works fine (not great) but workable

so if you are on CC, you can use consensus skill to as Gemini 3.1 pro and GPT-5.5 what do they think about the changes that was done by CC model. then your agent will use this data to build the synthesis. it won't be limited to only 2 models, you can ask 3 or 4 .. but not less than 2

I've been building two skills 1. delegate: which will be like a bridge between two agents on your device. 2. consensus: which you can use with agents that do not allow the switch between multiple providers unless you do some modifications to their environment vars or their config file.
