We went to this nice restaurant for lunch. Opened at 11:30am. Place was empty pretty much. They said the crowds come between 12:30 and 2:30. I hoped it was not a bad sign that they were empty. It was not - food was delicious and service excellent.

My goal for today's hike was to "shoot over Liz's shoulder" so we could see what she was seeing in terms of wildlife. This buck was massive - really well muscled and heavy, 12 point rack plus eye guards, there is blood on his antlers from battling rival bucks during the rut. Liz was thrilled >>>
