Today I finally got back on my ADHD medication! It's astonishing how much clearer my head seems to be than the rollercoaster mess that it was last year. I'll never make the mistake of stopping my treatment again, people's judgement can kiss my healthy ass!

Thank you for the support. Family always says that I'm being dramatic for getting upset about these things. "Just ignore", "forget about it" and "it's just their opinion" stop working when you're already struggling with self hatred. Glad to know there's people that don't agree with this behavior.

I can deal with relatives and strangers opinions, but I cannot avoid being disappointed about my mom's lack of empathy towards me. I don't even want her to accept or agree with me, just to show she cares when people hurt me like this. I really feel like a human failure in moments like this.
