i just needed the cd reissue of her 2nd album for this, so it's finally complete! i made another golden best, this time for actress Maiko Kawakami, and her songs as an idol from 1981-3 with Radio City and Epic/Sony. www.mediafire.com/file/6tzf72c...

last for now, but here's finally a rip with my new deck in action! it could sound nicer but it's already better than my wobbly walkman and my aurex boombox lol i really recommend tomoko izumi's "恋人志願" and "青い水平線". she probably did a lot of demos in nabepro... www.mediafire.com/file/vwh43on...

sometimes, just sometimes... a maledol really hits! single so good they had to utilize the court of public opinion of which track should be the a-side by playing both songs out in the streets, they picked right :3 (honorable mention to the b-side, almost as good!) www.youtube.com/watch?v=_LJQ...

over 700 songs between now and next year... time for my further education in the grand art that is modern enka i'm usually scared of bigger enka girlies since their discographies are so unpredictable at times (my nemesis the humble "全曲集"), so this will vastly help me digest all these hidden gems~!

another one-disc! mayumi morita is ofc one of the more underrated 1985 rookie idol debuts and her songs are kinda hard to find, so i was ecstatic to find an auction for a beat-up yet plays-well copy of her lp... and her last single! (it all charted app...) link: www.mediafire.com/file/81htjy6...

i was lucky to stumble upon a buy-it-now auction for the columbia on demand cd-r for kana wakabayashi's only album since it's rare regardless of the format already had her singles cd as well so making a "deluxe" version was just meant to be...plus karaoke! link: www.mediafire.com/file/w5yslzh...

recently, king record finally unlocked most of mami yamase's discography internationally (it was region-locked at the start of the decade), so i finally decided to make a comp on her idol years from 1986 to 1988 before she turned rock and became a baradoru link: www.mediafire.com/file/48e68iz...
