In late december, i weighed 120 kg (264 lbs) for 171cm. That was obviously not ideal.
I took a big decision at the end of january and today, i weigh 83.7kg (183 lbs roughly).
Just walking alot and eating differently made me acchieve this result. Never stop believing !
