I've got a couple projects, but the one I talk about is "Asteroid Girl," a SF comedy about a girl who's grown up on an asteroid and runs away to the big city, Earth. While she deals with big city problems (brain implant dream advertisements), her family deals with small town problems (drunks).

I'd have to say picking a title, usually. I can write a whole book and not know the title until the end. Getting the cover right is extremely important too, but I can't start thinking about that until the book is mostly done, by which point I have a list of 50+ titles I've discarded.
