Don't need a month to appreciate my black cat Cecilia. She's been a life saver. Was in a dark place. No rhyme or reason. Brain saying I'm worthless & better off dead. Got help but a big boost to my mental health has been this lil mini panther being in my life^^ #BlackCatAppreciationMonth

I fear I come across way too often as the lighting bolt. So prone to blinding, searing fits of rage. Be patient. I'm in a real bad place right now. Deep down I'm more like the bridge. Steadfast & highly supportive of all around me. Someday that'll show through once again. Promise.

Had to deal with a medical emergency at work this morning. Driver was having a heart attack. Was ready to perform CPR if needed. Fortunately never had to. He never even lost consciousness. Still scary. Scary mainly because I that'll happen to me before too long if I don't GTFO ASAP!

I at times feel as if I'm approaching my sunset. Every day I fight to keep on a brave face but it's getting so hard. Some days it feels like it'll be easy just to give up & let go. I'll never do that though. Just not in my nature to quit. Something though has to give.

Ring cam from a neighbor in my community. From 3 am this morning. She had another one from the night of the 10th when he first disappeared. Both times it's definitely him. He's ok! He's alive & seemingly well. She's gonna try & collect him if she sees him out today.

She won't openly admit it but she misses him. As much, maybe more than I do. Oh Cecilia, I wish I knew where Loki was. It's tearing me up inside but I'm putting on a brave face and carrying on. What else can I do? Life moves on. I have to as also. As best I can.

Trying my best to stay optimistic but with every passing day, the likelihood Loki gets home safe goes down. Always the worst way to lose a pet because you never know what ended up happening to them & it haunts ya for life.

Horrible start to the day. Bout 3 hours ago, my cat Loki got out after I came back in from putting a can in the recycling bin. I don't know where he got off to but I had to leave for work. Now I'm here worried sick & trying to get through work. If something happens to him, I wanna die too. So done!

As heartbreaking as this morning was, was blessed to have a good visit with my family & meet Tigger. Such a cute lil bundle of energy. Smokey was none too pleased by this new addition. No she's not hissing at me. Caught her mid yawn. She knows I didn't bring in this lil intruder.

Sad morning. This morning the tough decision needed to be made to put Glacier down. She's my twin brother's sweet husky mutt. She lived a good long 16 years. Very long lived for a dog her size. Always hard saying goodbye but was indeed her time. Gonna be sad drive back home for me.
