Update! I can walk now without a cane! Officially diagnosed with a grade 2 MCL tear which is a partial tear and strain + a bone bruise so I will be fully healed in about 3 months. I am so lucky with this outcome and dodged a major bullet. Will be back to posting soon thank you everyone for the well
