absolutely want to write an autumnal bts 6+1 fic but instead of a cafe it's a florist shop bc I KNOW it would be the perfect found family/chaotic energy

020

(and also yes it's chaotic as hell and these may or may not be based on some of my coworkers from this season)

0160

jk: the literal "little bit of everything" hire. you'll see him front end, running around catching/cleaning boats, learning how to be a naturalist in his spare time and also somehow working on marketing materials. always going on tours on his days off to take photos and charm everyone.

1170

tae: marketing manager/affiliates. front office only sees him near the end of the season once they start losing staff and are devastated to see him go because he's the fun manager. spends half the shift sifting through SD cards worth of photos from tours and the other half absolutely Locking In

1160

jm: part time front desk, part time accounting/affiliates bookings. cute and charming and speaks 3 languages and every single person loves him. wears the uniform but he's gonna be the one to make it cute with overalls and fun shoes.

1170

nj: naturalist. he's in it for the love of the game and you will learn everything there possibly is to know about a random species of tidal pool crab by chance just because he wants to share the knowledge. usually on yg's boat simply bc they balance each other out.

1200

hs: this man terrifies even the most unruly guests and he does it with a smile. you need a safety waiver signed? cool. he's already halfway into next season's waiver reminders on the booking system by 9am and has probably scrubbed down half the office just because he's bored already.

1180

yg: hates people, looks like he's about 2 seconds away from quitting every day, but the best captain of the fleet and makes insane tips. when he isn't on the water he's busy being a business owner (ew) and managing the boat staff's schedules (ew x2).

1170

jin: front desk/office manager. still not entirely sure how he got where he is but he's damn good at his job and everyone loves him- especially the foreign guests. moonlights as a naturalist when he's feeling particularly chaotic (and would 1000% go on yg's boat to troll him)

Gathering a list of BTS backstage rules: - Everyone is allowed to mess with Jin - No one is allowed to mess with Yoongi - Jin is allowed to mess with Jungkook physically - Jimin is allowed to mess with Jungkook psychically - No joking during Hoseok’s run-through - Namjin are the color commentators

Everyone posting threads about BTS as aspects of their job made me remember that I wrote a fic about Namjoon experiencing something from my first job. This is (unfortunately) very closely based off a real story. Yes Zellers was just like that.
