Artwork of Seokjin sitting on a bed with Hoseok in his lap. Hoseok's bathrobe is coming undone and slipping off one shoulder. Seokjin is fully dressed in his denim cowboy outfit. He's feeling up Hoseok's bare thigh and gazing seductively into the viewer's eyes. From the room decor and the shape of the cast shadow in the doorway, the room and the point of view are implied to be Namjoon's.

“Oh,” Jimin breathed. “I couldn’t intrude like that-”
“I insist! Just come have some coffee. Let me return the favor.”
Jimin’s lips pressed into a thin line. Entering a celebrity's home was surely a huge invasion of privacy. Driving said celebrity to his own house was already crossing a line. Something inside Jimin hesitated saying goodbye. “Alright. Coffee sounds nice.”

This was clearly a teachers AU and Jimin’s look screamed drama teacher to me. I wanted to make Yoongi as opposite as possible so I made him a chemistry teacher. Bringing donuts was something my high school chemistry teacher did for test review day. So happy to be able to honor that tradition with this story!

inside a frame with purple border lines is the answer to the question: "What's the most challenging part when writing for this prompt?"

I was busy with life and work demands at the time, so I challenged myself to fulfill this prompt in just one or two scenes, rather than overwhelm myself plotting out an elaborate ten-chapter AU. And I’m pleased I was able to do it!

Definitely the most challenging part of writing for this prompt was writing a ghost character that seems like such a real, breathing, living human being to Seokjin. Because that's what Jimin is; he's real and alive to Seokjin :)

The shared laughter in his garden when they were kids, running around with their Transformers and their Captain Scarlett like there was nothing outside those gates that could ever hurt them. Nothing that Taehyung’s parents couldn’t protect them from. Nothing passes except how clear those memories used to be. I love the colours in the graphic, how much variety there is, and the sweet, nostalgic feel of it. I had the idea of the fic before I saw the graphic, but the moodboard itself totally coloured the way the story went, and introduced the idea of adding courting.
