To go into the office I have to be wearing the right thing and my hair needs to be clean and I need to have lunch packed, and all that before 8:40 am. I feel like I’m stuck in a cycle where I’m too tired to put in the effort it would take for me to be less tired

ADHD question. I am so so tired at the end of the work week if I haven’t over prepared and planned everything exactly, but I have no energy to plan for the week ahead 🫠 I can choose to work from home or the office and I work better from the office but getting there takes effort.
