I repost all the submissions on x, where all the action is happening. That's why I leave Bsky alone for weeks.

In July & first half of Aug., I prepared 10 bespoke artworks to several open calls. This pace is faster than I'm used to. For each artwork, I'm spending hours staring at & refining the idea over & over. Once I've curated the 1 to submit, I'll spend more hours upscaling, refining, overpainting.

I've been answering a lot of open calls for the Canal Street Show in NYC and in doing so, I've learned how curators plan their show because they've been interviewed on X. Then I saw this video from curators at Whitney that sums how bigger institutions go about curation. whitney.org/exhibitions/...

How about ghost dragon for today's #DragonTuesday ! It goes with the other art I've been making for Beyond the Veil. Yeah that's a spirit dragon companion.

I made a car in #midjourney to practice for the NFTNYC remix. I took this prompt to the Onehub game and tried it there. This car is 50x better than what their compiler made.

1940s style car with hot rod paint job of white tiger and green dragon battling on car side. yin yang symbol on passenger door between them.

I'm doing the NFT NYC art submissions this week. They have a game going this year. For potential attendees, artists & collectors, log into their main Onehub with your Metamask. Then you'll use their pretend currency to do missions. I've made 3 gift NFTs with their remix engine. Submitted art too.

There is a genre of medical artist who hand paint prosthetic eyes for those who have lost their eye. This kintsugi of the iris would make a great statement piece. If the eye is the window to the soul...it shows mending and healing from broken heart...

Yeah. It's was the old software that could make 3D landscapes look however you want. I think Daz did a buyout.

I am reminded of Bryce when I see your beautiful landscapes. AI is a way to make a Bryce landscape so so much faster.

Anime style, #synthart #aiart #midjourney I return to this prompt year over year. I love the idea of a spirit animal that accompanies the character everywhere.

A.I. art anime 2d illustration. A girl and about 8 creatures, catlike, bunny-like, piggylike.

Meet Project Ishihara, after the original color vision test from 1917. My version has animals. As color values shift, figures surface, hold, dissolve back into the field. You choose the motif, pace & palette. A talking point about WHY we shouldn't convey important info using color alone.

... to mint them on the blockchain as high quality and with my signature; oof, that is a lot of time.

hooray! I am so happy to know you're human. So, I'll make more AI images this weekend. Personally, I've slowed down turning my AI art into NFTs. I wonder what the point of it all is. I make hundreds of images I can gaze at with awe & adoration. But to think of spending a couple of hours on each...
