I hope these studios can negotiate their independence. And if I'm any of them, I would never put another game on Xbox. I'd try to get deals with Nintendo and Sony to help keep them afloat. I get it's business, but it's happening too often.

Looking back at this list from the 2021 era and it's hard not to be sad at this fumble of talent and potential. Xbox could have laid a solid foundation to build a diverse lineup that any other publisher would be envious of. Instead they got layoffs, closures, or survivor's guilt and an escape plan.

These people do not deserve this. The game was a great start to a refreshing and new IP. I get the business side, but XBOX needs gamepass games, South of Midnight was a great one for the service and for their brand. Representation really matters. Just sucks to see the trend continue.

Mixtape deserves every 10/10. The game far exceeded my expectations and pulled at my heart strings so much. I'll love it forever, same as I do The Artful Escape. Beethoven & Dinosaur make such unique experiences that no one else is doing. One of my favorite dev teams ever.

Removing YouTube from my kids lives has improved their moods and behavior leaps and bounds more than I thought it would. I replaced YouTube with board games and toys and now they play together more than ever before. Highly recommend.
