Finished an ARC "From the library of Jurgen Leitner" yesterday ( @premeemohamed.com and Jonathan Sims). Tremendous fun, psychological dread with weird dangerous books and people being... people. The book is out end of October, please preorder, it's really great!

Cover of "From the library of Jurgen Leitner", a novel set in "The Magnus Archives" world. On a grey/black background a metal gate is twisted into a spiral ; on the foreground, a green classical angel statue is falling, head first. Book by Premee Mohamed and Jonathan Sims, published by Random House

Progress is slow, but my net story is slowly coalescing into something I like a lot. Hopefully, I'll start writing next month !

Inspiration moodboard, featuring six illustration. All are inspired by Central Asia, from the Steppes to the moutainous regions and desert. Two of the illustrations features mounted horses, at dusk.
At the centre of the moodboard stands a title, "Tale-Bringer", the name of the novel I am working on

It's been 9 days since I had to let him go, and it's so hard. He was that special cat, a tiny surprise I stumbled upon only a year ago. We were supposed to have years and years together, not to go to the vet one morning only to for him to be dead by the evening.

The FLUFF. Somehow I feel tricked by the kitty we rescued. He wasn't *that* fluffy and yet, he now has a glorious coat and the fluffiest tail

@jennlyons.bsky.social is definitely a new master for vibrant and full world building for me! Watch out for her new book coming out in July 9th, it has dragons, a fast moving plot and great characters!
