Dreaming dreams, I think it'd be really cool to do a curry hunt with a team of "borrowed" shinies from friends and make a video that retells a little story for each of them leading up to the curry shiny. Probably won't happen any time soon but it's in my mind now 🧠

Actually losing my shit a little. I actually finished this DTQ, 4 and a half years later. It feels unreal. By far my longest running shunting project I've fully wrapped up... or well, it will be once I get through the league for that sweet sweet victory screen !!

Finished tallying it all up. Lol

"Hey there !
Looks like you've reached the end. Long list, huh ?

In total, this SPOC requires at least 234 shinies to be found, from which we'll need 125 from normal REs, 11 from gift & static SRs, 23 from eggs - gifts or breeding at full odds - 13 from the Great Marsh, 7 from honey tree SRs, 17 from fishing, 6 from fossil revives, 27 from the pokéradar and a whopping 5 roamers ! Gendered evolutions and breeding pre-Ditto means we will also need 12 of those to be of a specific gender...

Kinda crazy. Right now, we still need 234 shinies !"

Least of my worries. Slightly side eyeing the hunt a shiny female eevee to full odds breed 6 more eevees part tho

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 18/08/2026

Damn. I mean, 22 to go so really I'm basically there. But yeah no makes sense, sounds like a tough balance. Shunting is sadly neither first nor second on the priority list 😔

I have some thoughts about the new Spider-man that I will try to draw a comic about but for now here is this prescient comic from *2016*

comic in nine-panel grid. 1. Spider-man sits with coffee in a mug patterned like charlie brown's shirt. 2. He says, Hiya, Frank, as the Punisher walks in. Punisher grunts at him. 3. Spider-man turns to say, You punishin' hard or hardly punishin'? to Frank, off-panel.4. Eh? Spider-man says. Eh? 5. Spider-man sits up straighter, watching Frank off-panel. 6. Spider-man hunkers down, and speaks in black dialogue balloons with white writing, I'LL TELL YOU WHAT, SPIDEY, I JUST PUNISHED THAT BATHROOM, HEH HEH 7. Spider-man's spider sense goes off, and he cocks his head. 8. BLAM! Spider-man's coffee cup is shot off the table. 9. Spider-man yells at the off-panel Frank, YOU ONLY PUNISH YOURSELF WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT

Part of the club that just learned that term. I think egg discussions are maybe a biiit weird with like celebrities you don't actually know but gender identity is so a topic you should be able to discuss freely with friend. God knows where I would be if I hadn't had people to help me crash out a lil

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 17/08/2026

Oh I'm already very active in a bunch of shiny hunting communities and the people I've met there have been big inspirations. Just figured if there was one for content creators I'd love to have those resources

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 17/08/2026

Does anyone know of spaces / discords for pokémon content creators ? Even better if shiny hunt specifically. I've been trying to lock in more on that and I'm happy with my progress but I feel like getting to bounce around ideas and whatnot with other CCs would help a ton

New addition to my spreadsheet, feels nice to munch on figuring out formulas again !! Plus I get to think about Mew more <3 Updates automatically from my main sheet and includes both the 8192 and hopefully future 4096, although the order is a tiiiny bit messy - 8192 by date THEN 4096 by date

A table on Google Spreadsheets that details several shiny Mews.
