Actually losing my shit a little. I actually finished this DTQ, 4 and a half years later. It feels unreal. By far my longest running shunting project I've fully wrapped up... or well, it will be once I get through the league for that sweet sweet victory screen !!

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 29/08/2026

Finished tallying it all up. Lol

"Hey there !
Looks like you've reached the end. Long list, huh ?

In total, this SPOC requires at least 234 shinies to be found, from which we'll need 125 from normal REs, 11 from gift & static SRs, 23 from eggs - gifts or breeding at full odds - 13 from the Great Marsh, 7 from honey tree SRs, 17 from fishing, 6 from fossil revives, 27 from the pokéradar and a whopping 5 roamers ! Gendered evolutions and breeding pre-Ditto means we will also need 12 of those to be of a specific gender...

Kinda crazy. Right now, we still need 234 shinies !"

Gonna be late to stream... cuz I got a shiny 5 minutes before it was supposed to start !!

1193

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 20/08/2026

Oh hey ! This happened to me a couple years back. IIRC each is 1/100 so I guess back to back is 1/100 x 1/100 ?

Now crossed the threshold where this is my longest curry hunt encounters wise, beating my Sinistea from 2024 ! 4361 curries to cook before it takes over in both counters. Or, hear me out, I just get the shiny. Thoughts ?

Ya girl got a job !! They called me back when I'd just had an interview this morning so I must have left an impression B) Mixed feelings about how that will impact my shunting but god it feels good to see the end of the tunnel of financial instability

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 16/08/2026

New addition to my spreadsheet, feels nice to munch on figuring out formulas again !! Plus I get to think about Mew more <3 Updates automatically from my main sheet and includes both the 8192 and hopefully future 4096, although the order is a tiiiny bit messy - 8192 by date THEN 4096 by date

A table on Google Spreadsheets that details several shiny Mews.

Don't know if the HGSS roamers are just that popular or what but I'm blown away by how well this stream did !! If any lurkers are in chat, thank you so much for popping by <33

Pleasantly short #SafariWeek2026 overtime - it came and went without even one shake but hey. At least I wasn't the one to flee this time LMAO. That's a win in my book

0190

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 26/07/2026

Ok well. This isn't how I saw myself failing my safari shinies but yay ? Found something ? Anyways if someone has a course on actually LOOKING AT YOUR SCREEN BEFORE FLEEING I'm looking to sign up

1110

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 26/07/2026

Probably gonna cross the 20k barrier in stream tonight for my last shot at any safari week shiny lol. If it doesn't happen then so be it, we'll be back to curries next week >:))

0202

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 11/10/2025

My first (successful) unlock hunt and what a crazy one !! This comes from a Mystery Gift I edited to be able to be shiny at 1/4096 for a discord server's event where we're trying to hunt all Unova shinies over this weekend !

3226

Ynnub @ynnub.standingintheodds.com · 05/10/2025

My BDSP luck feels like it's been so crazy to me recently, but maybe it's just because the encounters are really fast - either way I am absolutely loving this DTQ !!
