Here’s a few questions I have about this new announcement from Trump.
1. Russian has had to lower the specs on their fuel to increase demand. Can we even use their diesel?
2. The US doesn’t lack refining capacity, this decree would bypass them and hurt domestic refining, which will piss them off.
