Just so you know, this is a plagiarism bot:

Normally I don't screenshot-post posts that disabled comments/quote-posts, but: He's absolutely right, except that itch tends to be better for this sort of thing than Steam.

Well, you have to expect a certain amount of problems from a site promoted by a plagiarism bot. (Yes, LibBojack is a plagiarism bot. For instance, this one.)

Actually, it's not, because it's not a post of the day. It's a post on Xitter from yesterday, plagiarized by LibBojack because LibBojack is a plagiarism bot that exists to sell vercel.

Just so you know, the OP is a plagiarism bot, though at least this time he plagiarized an actual liberal account. (Sometimes he gets confused between accounts that are critical of Israel due to being liberal, and right-wing/pro-Russian ones that are critical of Israel due to being antisemitic.)

I'm "triggered", if you want to call it that, by that statement, but not because of its content. But rather because its source (LibBojack is a plagiarism bot, if you didn't know) is a Xitter personality who is...not on the side of the good guys in general.

Actually, it's not as extreme as the quote claims. No surprise, as the plagiarism bot (yes, LibBojack is a plagiarism bot) plagiarized this time not only from the Nazi bar, but from one of its worse members: "Unjabbed. Unindoctrinated." in the profile implies "Not a credible source".

Just so you know, the OP here is a plagiarism bot. The actual source is on Xitter:

He*'s still a plagiarist. Though at least he* usually has good taste in what to plagiarize. Still...do not follow the plagiarist. Do not like the plagiarist's posts. And above all, do not buy anything from the links that are the clear motivation here. *I suspect actually "it", as in, an LLM.
The original post on Twitter that this was plagiarized from.

This assumes that those 45% are all in fact the same bloc. If it's 15% who think the Democrats are too right-wing, 15% who thought Bush vs. Gore was a toss-up, and 15% who'd have been Republicans 20 years ago but have too many principles for what the party has become, that's not a bloc.
A post: "45% of American voters identify as political independents, they represent the largest political block in the U.S.", followed by a push for 3rd party votes.

No, these are not actually equal. But Nazis and those similar to them (in various ways) do love to equate these two statements, in one way or another. Oh, also: Jews are in fact indigenous to the region, so think about whether "white settler colonial" is really an accurate description.
A post equating "Israel has a right to exist" with "Zionists have a right to massacre and genocide..."

A reasonable objection (e.g. to a Nazi rape apologist) becomes a "purity test" when, and only when, it gets in the way of fighting the very traits being objected to, or something equivalent or even worse. And it's the person being accused of "purity testing" who decides what counts as "worse" here.

For that matter, it doesn't even justify attacking civilians in Israel. Just like what Hamas did on October 7 doesn't justify attacking civilians in Gaza. Intentionally targeting civilians is a war crime, and war crimes are not justified by "the other side did it first".
A post by @prettyhatmachine.bsky.social (Head Like A Hat) reading "
For the idiots at the back the IDF is not an ethnic group.

Netanyahu's genocide does not justify attacking civilians in another country."

The account has been labeled "Rude" by bsky moderation, and the post has one comment (but does not allow comments) and 2 likes, including my own.

He disabled comments and quote-posts, but I think it does require a response: I think that it can be understood based on two principles: 1. The doctor isn't just not helping people; they're using that time to instead help people who *can* pay. 2. Doctors need to pay the rent/mortgage too.
A post on bsky: "I do not know how anyone can become a doctor and in good conscience deny treatment based solely on ability to pay."
