The Switch 2 HOME Menu but given a Wii coat of paint. 5 things are visible - the game card section (currently empty and as such looking like the Wii's Disc Channel), Mario Kart World, the Switch Pikmin 1 port, Mario Galaxy and (mostly off screen) Nintendo Switch Sports.
