I have so many things I want to say about this whole Cornell 7 thing. How it feels like every time that name is used, it feels like a show, a story being glorified almost. There were more than just these 7 & call them what they are: fucking monsters. Animals. Women deserve to be fucking safe.

Started Minecraft Dungeons 2 with my wife tonight We played through the first game together too & really enjoyed it. This one is a lot more open world rather than level based, but it's not too far off the original formula here. Enjoyable so far!

Movies like this make me LOVE love 🥹💞 This couple was SO fucking cute, I love how true to life they felt, the film didn't drag things out like these movies usually do. The characters all felt natural & well rounded & OMG i'm a very straight man, but if Dr Evil wanted me, I can't say i'd say no...🫦

My wife & I finally sat down to watch the new Toy Story & as parents of two young kids who try to be as toy focused as we can & want to keep our kids away from tech for as long as possible... Great film, great message! 👍 Much better film than Toy Story 4 too!

My 9 games that changed me By change, I took it to mean either they have stuck with me for many years for whatever reason OR they opened my eyes to a new style or genre I never liked before & now do BECAUSE of that game

For the love of god, can we PLEASE move on from the Skywalkers?! I didn't mind the sequel trilogy, but it was a step down IMO Just let it die. Move a thousand years in the past or future & tell some new stories, start a new mythos. Just do something else!

I swear any time a major issue happens in my life, its ALWAYS on a bank holiday or a weekend or a time when things i need are closed Boiler has packed up out of nowhere & its a Saturday, so of course nowhere is open until Monday 🙃 Luckily, it got installed end of 2024, so it'll be free to fix 😮‍💨

I am very bad at open ended anything. Ill hang out. Ill go to your event. Ill come watch you perform and see you after. Ill come out for drinks. But I want a meet up time AND a proposed finished time. None of this open ended shit. I need to know how long the battery needs to run. 😂

After some discussion of ideas, I now want an Argonauts video game to be developed please! Picture an Avengers style team up game where you have your pick of the Greek hero pantheon! Each hero has their own skill set ect The argo & sea functions similar to Black Flag's ship gameplay YES PLS 🙏

Danny Cook @yevonsent.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Considering giving The Witcher 3 Remaster a look 👀 Didn't like the original, but it was mostly because of the way it FELT. Combat felt super heavy & stiff & hated that carrying more stuff made you slower, but apparently they're gonna be working on both of these for the remaster so...maybe? 🤔

Danny Cook @yevonsent.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I know we have God of War & all, but why has no one made a video game about The Oddesey yet? Or just any Greek mythology story games? The Minotaur? Medusa? Ect I'd buy a triple A story focused Greek mythology game in a heartbeat!

The Dark Animus is without a doubt the WORST new addition to AC: Black Flag Its not fun, its super difficult & unfair for literally no reason & the narrator just kinda says a whole lot of nothing at me while i'm trying to platform or fight enemies They should have left this feature out of the game

Danny Cook @yevonsent.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Silent Hill Townfall all installed & ready to go as my next game! Had a quick look at the trophy list & yeah...there's no chance of me getting a platinum for this Honestly, its kinda a relief. I can focus less on trophy hunting & just immerse myself fully in the horror experience! Can't wait!

Apparently Silent Hill Townfall is only about 12 hours long, 15 hours for a slower player As someone who is feeling VERY behind with the amount of games out right now, i'm atcually really happy to hear this! Hoping for a tight, all thriller, no filler horror experience with this one!

The Oceanview Motel is still one of the coolest things ive seen in a video game, I love the idea of just this random hotel in the middle of nowhere that is always closed serving as guise for an anomaly that is a go-between for teleporting to places you need to be.
