Yeah a small break might be good. I'm really struggling with the side effects of these meds the hospital has me on. Some of the common side effects were confusion, agitation, worsening depression, "thoughts", and memory loss. And some of them are hitting hard rn. 🫂 I gotta get my stress down.

Random thing that’s been on my mind for the last year now is why as a society do we bring one another down? Enjoyment, boredom or just plain mean behaviour? What is wrong with kindness, supporting one another and just genuinely caring about others? Can people start just being kind to each other?
