I’m on a long complicated itinerary (Dubai-Venice-Luxembourg in the last two days). Was taking a nap to get over jet lag and had a nightmare about your Iceland saga. I was going to try and simplify my flights by taking BA, so glad I decided to just tough it out with the devil I know.

Went to the annual Wine Country to the Rescue fundraiser. The event begins with the presentation of the colors and then the President of the California Senate (a local boy!) is the auctioneer. The event raises close to $1m a year.
