Hmm, I'm diagnosed with both so hard to distinguish but, admittedly anecdotal, I've seen this intense justice sensitivity more so in AuDHDers than in people with a sole ADHD diagnosis. Do you have any sources I could read thay link it to ADHD specifically (with the absence of an autism diagnosis)?

And I agree, that sounds absolutely flawed to me. As an autistic person, I generally wouldn't really consider myself to be cognitively inflexible, yet I still have that very strong innate justice sensitivity/need or desire for fairness.

They're not saying that feeling empathy is narcissistic - they're talking about people who pat themselves on the back for having empathy and call themselves empaths.
