Skyborne Lore Dump! They fit into the world more than you may think! What I gathered! Skyborne are a race of High Elves. They are Shen'dorei, or hidden people. They descend from Highborne exiles who fled Eldre'Thalas (Dire Maul) after they rebelled against Prince Tortheldrin. 🧵

I know I'm not a dev. I don't make WoW. But the hype, and excitement from the community about all the awesome things coming to the game has filled my heart and strengthened my resolve to do my very best at sharing WoW with you all through WoW's Social. Goodnight Blizzcon.

What an absolutely stellar group here. @xaxxas.bsky.social, @pyromanceryt.bsky.social, @eddtv.bsky.social have been huge inspirations for me as a lore lover & content creator that focuses on the WORLD of Azeroth. The feeling of truly geeking out about the lore? I've no words. Was an incredible time.

Azerothian Archives: Classic Day 2 Lorik continued his journey into Elwynn Forest. It seems that since the Stormwind army is stretched quite thin since taking the fight to the Horde. More threats are encroaching upon Stormwind and there aren't enough soldiers to keep up. 🧵

Azerothian Archives: Classic Day 1 Lorik stepped into Northshire Valley, nervous about his first day on the job as a Knight of the Silver Hand. His superiors tasked him to take out Kobolds, Timber Wolves, and thieves that call themselves the "Defias Brotherhood".🧵

New series coming to Twitch streams: The Azerothian Archives📜 Spread the word! We're playing through each WoW expansion in order. We'll do more than level and explore the lore! I want to explore lore, the game design, what players loved and hated about it, and so much more. 🧵

Blizzcon 2026 bound! I am going to Blizzcon 2026!!! Who will I see there?

020

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 08/05/2026

Meet Zhang. He will serve as a lens for Horde lore, etc. Who better than a Pandaren Monk? In a time where I try to see both sides of arguments, to gain more knowledge, and to share stories and love for Warcraft, this character is needed. He is also a tiny reflection of where I am in life.

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 08/05/2026

The flame for Warcraft is returning. The break was needed. I will be getting back into the game tomorrow or Sunday. I will play it more and more alongside Diablo. I have no plans on putting Diablo down anytime soon, as it's way too good.

WoW isn't an MMORPG anymore, and I think that matters. Link below to a reddit post that took me entirely too long to make. Would love your thoughts, as there are a lot of you here that I value opinions of!

130

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 04/08/2025

WoW community is weird. Someone makes a critique of the game. WoW players: It's not a game for you then, play something else. Go away and shut up. Sounding a little cultish to me.

130

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 03/08/2025

I posted about my frustrations about WoW on reddit and 2 things I noticed: 1) People do not know what reddit is supposed to be used for. Apparently you aren't supposed to try to have discussions on there. 2) Apparently, a game where you're rushed to the end game is supposed to be what an MMORPG is

11.2 drops Tuesday, and honestly? I'm at a low point with WoW. Yeah, I’ll play the patch for the story. But beyond that? Who the heck knows. 🧵

Clair Obscur Expedition 33 - My Review I haven't completed the game and I am just now in the beginning of Act 2 of the game. But I can state with confidence that this is a game is one that doesn't come around often. It's utter brilliance. I am glad I get to experience it. 🧵

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 31/07/2025

Finished Act 1 of Expedition 33 and I have only just stopped crying. They just don't make many games like this anymore.

I have finished the Prologue of Expedition 33 and stopped around the beginning of the next act. To say I have cried multiple times today is not an exaggeration. This game is breathtaking. This is what video games should be. They should encapsulate you in their worlds.

Life update: Kaedos is now unemployed after being let go from my previous job. I also restarted my small business as a professional dog trainer. This is why I have been absent. I'm going to try to get a stream in this week. Life is unpredictable, but we take it a day at a time.

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 15/07/2025

Been playing Helldivers 2. Picked it up 2 or so days ago and it gives me so many thoughts about what live service games could be. Take WoW. Imagine world zones had fights that could be lost and the enemy could claim that zone. Objectives change based on assault vs defense (1/2)

Marched in the Chicago Pride Parade last night. Tonight we will do a late night Classic stream to go ahead and end out Pride Month strong.

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 29/06/2025

Classic was excellent tonight. There were SOME people being asses. But way more people helped, and now we are 95% done with Darkshore. We also won our first ever classic BG with a massive comeback!! I am sure we will be in Ashenvale tomorrow :) Thanks for hanging with me!

Beginning wishlist for Midnight: - More customizations for the current races. - Split faction questlines. - More horde involvement. - Sylvanas to return and have a well-done conclusion of her arc. - More teeth/stakes in the stories. - New class (Tinker or a support class)

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 24/06/2025

Been back on the fitness grind. 🤓

080

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 24/06/2025

I do not want allied races in Midnight or The Last Titan. I want the current races to get a significant customization overhaul. Some have extremely limited options of customization, while others have so much.

040

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 22/06/2025

I was supposed to stream again yesterday but did not. I found out a dear friend was involved in a hit and run and passed away. I have no words. So much light taken from us far too soon. Rest well, my friend. I am so sorry.

Lorewalking. Live now :)

010

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 21/06/2025

In the morning, we will be streaming the Lorewalking campaign and then maybe some Classic. I need to see this new feature, because trying to do all the expacs and quests in Chronological Order was chaotic, brutal, and NOT at all easy to navigate. I have heard good things.

000

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 21/06/2025

It's totally okay to be critical of things you love, like WoW. What SHOULD be frowned upon is when that criticism crosses the line into bigotry, racism, or hatred.

010

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 20/06/2025

Finished it off with some friends this morning. I can feel my confidence in tanking returning.

020

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 19/06/2025

I am hearing some things about the story of 11.2 as potential spoilers and... hmmmmmmmmmm.

000

Kaedos @xkaedos.bsky.social · 19/06/2025

Well. This happened tonight. Don't know what got into me. But I am sure I can hit 2k within a few days (once this apartment mess is sorted out). Maybe tomorrow?
