Somebody dumped dozens of boxes full of rats near a river in Albany, Indiana this past May. We just adopted these 4, but 8 more from that situation still need homes! Everyone left is as sweet as can be--I took all the problematic ones lol There's a link to the shelter in the next post.

I slipped on a nut on pavement and broke my arm from bracing lol. Saw the orthopedic doctor today for the final diagnosis and weird splint. I am a cartoon character with bird bones 😭

Had to cancel the procedure due to insurance issues (yay US healthcare) and will need to re-jump through all the hoops to get it in the future, but at least I have a little more rest/SH Townfall time over the next few days. Here's Clove, Peppercorn, and some wild flowers for some positivity 💜

I've had a little time to play some Silent Hill Townfall this evening and it's beautiful. Pilotpriest's score is fantastic (we knew it would be, right?). I can't help but get side-tracked and admire every little detail. Really enjoying the whole experience so far 🖤

Life is kicking my ass right now. I've had some weird health stuff and need a procedure, someone hit my car at a red light and was mad at me 🤡, have been working crazy hours for over a month... The procedure is also impacting some needed down time....I'm just so tired of everything lol.

Ah, I see. I don't have specific experience with giving rats gabapentin, but I've had that reaction to it lol. The side effects can be unpleasant and I imagine that rats may also experience them and eventually associate weird med tastes = not a great time, but that's just a guess.

I've had a few rats really hate taking meds. I've had the best luck mixing medicine with jars of baby food. If you haven't already tried baby food, pick up a few different flavors (be mindful of any lemon juice in the ingredients) and mix it with the meds on a spoon and try offering that. Good luck!

Didn't know I was going to see Robyn until a few days ago. Didn't know Peaches was opening for Robyn until last night. It was truly one of the best concerts I've ever been to 💜💜💜 I can't believe I got to see such a legend and also another legend I didn't expect to be seeing!

Enjoying Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water so far! Not a fan of the removal of the manual save, but haven't been too affected by it yet. This might change in the next drop, but I guess I'll find out soon. Have some mostly silly screenshots without context! The last one is a little spooky...

I just beat the Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse remaster after playing through the Crimson Butterfly remake and am loving these games so far. Should I play the Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water remaster or Alien Isolation next before Silent Hill Townfall? I've never played either game 🙂🦋🌘
