Ich habe vor drei Jahren angefangen, mein Leben zu verändern. Der Grund: In meiner Familie wollte ich die erste seit Generationen sein, die die heilige Triade Bluthochdruck, Cholesterin und Diabetes nicht hat. Und auch nicht eine der vielen Gefäßerkrankungen, die hier kursieren.

The stark reality is that Putin’s strategic goal is the EU’s destruction and Ru political control over as much of Europe as possible. Wherever he succeeds will be unfree, just like the Soviet Bloc was, and therefore any European who doesnt want to defend from Russia now is an enemy of freedom.

Mich als lebenslang chron. Kranke ärgert u belastet d #Paketsteuer aufs Jahr gerechnet finanziell. Nicht 1 Produkt, das ich regelmäßig (!!) bestelle, gibt es im regionalen Handel. (Apotheke ist nicht gemeint) Nicht ein einziges! So erhöhen sich die krankheitsbedingten Ausgaben weiter.
