Just be sure to disable all the online tracking options, TVs lately are notorious for taking snapshots of what you watch and send it to their mothership for targeted advertising, as well as recording what they hear to send it back as well. Pretty invasive.

I often wonder if I'd enjoy medical dramas like Gray's Anatomy and The Pitt more, if it were just the messy life of doctors. You know, without the heaping serving of pathology and medical cases of sensationalized, worst-case scenarios that shoot my health anxiety through the roof.

If 2026 taught me anything, it was that you can take a horse to water, but you can't make them drink. Also no amount of worry, self-blame or guilt will ever make them thirsty. So I shouldn't care for someone more than they are willing to care for themselves. I finally learned to let go.

32 hours into this stomach flu, I'm down to just chills, body aches, a mild headache and occasionally a few bouts of nausea if I lay down. Water and toast kind of keep that under control. It hit me like a freight train this one, but at least I didn't toss my cookies. I'm exhausted...
