Emma couldnt let him go. Its funny because if you look the clues are all there. I found it very sad for Emma.

There was a decidedly lack of stakes. Everything was one and done nothing got to stick around. Wolverine lost his adamantine somehow? We dont know how, immediately get it back in the dumbest brood story ever. So on and so forth, The "twist" at the end was so heavily hinted at as to be unsurprising.

I have never once not had to pay for the entire bundle. Sucks I would have been happy just paying for this set now I've payed twice what it would cost in the regular store.

Nothing against DC, the writers, or fans of the series but looking at this fuels me with anger and rage but ultimately sadness. Marvel are such massive bums for just going "Nah, nobody wants to read more solo issues of our most popular female X-Men characters currently.".

Xarcara @xarcara.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

I really want to enjoy X-Men 97' I really do, but they stories they are telling miss the point of the original stories completely. Danger's origin is never revealed or questioned. Or the tragic events leading up to her awakening, they even let the kid live. I just have to ask, why are we rushing it?

Everything I see about this game makes me less interested in it. Wolverine can be great when well written and when people understand what the character is. When they don't its bleh, I feel like Insomnia missed the point.

I mean X-Factor was the government run mutant team for a while. Its a bit more Havok being okay with things than I would like but its not outside the realm.

Honestly. I think most of the time is because their code names are multi syllable. Emma Jean and Kitty all are easier to say. Rachel was just Rachel for a long time. Danni just goes by her last name. I feel like most of the ones that are have evolved past their 70's and 80's names. maybe?

That's not how assistance programs work you fucking troglodytes. Getting money from the government and then giving it to a business means the business still made money and isn't offsetting the cost of those groceries by raising prices. They're just fucking as greedy as you are stupid.

In 1999, I was playing a decker in Shadowrun, and tried to distract a guard by hacking a water fountain to overflow, and my GM said "why would a water fountain be on the network? That's fucking stupid. No you can't try." Well it's 2026 and I just want you to know, Phil, that I FUCKING CALLED IT!

She returns as her aged up version in the early 2000's in publication history. Having been recreated by her tormentor. Is rescued/released by the X-Men and then serves as an X-Man in some form or another since then. theres more but those are basic facts She is a really complex character and story.

020

Xarcara @xarcara.bsky.social · 17/02/2026

idk, shes very complicated. She is Collosus's Sister, she falls into a hell dimension for a few minutes and in that time ages to teens growing up in a hell dimension. She is a teen full of trauma who later dies after returning to her young form from the Marvel AIDS allegory.
