So this is going to be a FAR worse AOL Time Warner, in the end. At least AOL *had* all of the money they spent upfront before it evaporated. This is just banking on equity loans and IOUs and blood ritual pacts. Should be hilarious when it all inevitably defaults and we do this again in 3-5 years.
