So after I painted the exhaust pipe with some oily steel and gave it some soot with a little thinned-out matte black, I added some random field grey panels. These are field repairs to armor plates.

Worldwide Goji Kai Official @wwgkofficial.bsky.social · 17/05/2025

Kitbashing! Got a ton of parts left over after a model kit build? This exhaust pipe from a 1:72 scale C-58 radial engine came in handy as a giant "Freddy Flameout" style exhaust for the Moom Patrol's I.C. engine 4P Swayback. Save those parts!

Moom Patrol in tha hizzay! 3D printed HBK-4P, LCT-1E, UM-R60, a CGL Hermes II... and a Hetzer. Doing base work on 3 of them today, detailing the fourth. The Locust still hasn't gotten a base coat yet.

Just played BTAU after the 18.6 update, and while I'm glad they got rid of the month-long "April Fool's" gag, they slipped in a game-breaking unit. Ran into what looked like a regular urbie. It wasn't. This thing was rocking the "Inferno 5000" missile pack. (1/2)

As a tribute to the graduation of Nanashi Mumei from Hololive, I'm putting a lance together: Moom Patrol. First up in the lance is a Hetzer, named "Oh, HI!"

Starting to think that my Locust 1V is a cursed machine. It's been downed a lot more than it should, with a 180 core. Maybe it's the ghost of the mech's original pilot.

#BTAUdiditbetter A mashup of 40K grimdark bullshit and Battletech was NOT on my 2025 "Weird Shit" bingo card... But yeah... if BTAU were tabletop, I'd play it in a heartbeat before I'd play "Mechs & MurderGods".

My initial impression of BTA Universe, having just upgraded to version 18.4: "Oh my god, someone broke the multiverse because they were bored! Does anyone know how to get in touch with Doctor Strange?"

Repost if your profile is LGBTQIA+ safe I hope so. But as a cis person, I feel that is for my mutuals to decide if it is. I will continue to try, and learn, though.

Just added a Timby B to my second merc company's mech bay. Doing a little experiment, giving it more oomph by swapping out the Clan gauss with a Silver Bullet gauss, and giving it an ATM 12 launcher in place of the puny SRM rack.

Green Gremlin is getting there... (Marvel still exists in 3062 in my headcanon. Character names have been altered to avoid "cease & desist" letters from Marvel's legal depth. So this is "Green Gremlin", arch-nemesis of "Arachno-Man".)

Dunno why, but after reading the TRO stats for the J. Edgar, I'm left with the opinion that it was the Bradley Fighting Vehicle of the Succession Wars and beyond. Poorly armored, underarmed for the task it was designed for... Yeah. Star League boondoggle.

Just finished watching Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2202 tonight. Both 2199 and 2202 are masterful retellings of the Gamilas/Earth war & journey to Iscandar, and the war against the Comet Empire of Gatlantis. I highly recommend both series if you can't find the original series.

Kaiju Korps Urbie WIP, Day 2: It's going well, except for the eyestrain which promises to get MUCH worse once I start painting all the tiny cockpit windows...

While brainstorming a camo pattern for the Kaiju Korps Urbie, I found a pot of "Hedorah Smog" that I mixed awhile back and forgot about. Did a quick (and very thin) base coat to get this Ostscout started. "Rodan Red" and "Hedorah Smog" are interchangeable as primary colors for my regiment.
