I'm liking the no-JS solution so much that I've added it to the toolbar 😎 Thanks!

Is it just me or does the macOS Golden Gate battery icon look a bit like a milk bottle? 🍼

@anilineapps.bsky.social please don't do this. I've supported you by buying the lifetime membership. Also you're not respecting the iOS "In-App Ratings & Reviews" setting. But worst of all: the X button doesn't do anything.

@quiche.industries Odd request, I know, but is it possible to support “Safari Web Pages” from Quiche’s share sheet? It allows the url and name to be retrieved in Shortcuts and means they can be sent on to other apps. Not seen it supported in any browser other than Safari so not sure if possible.

Well, that's then. Just use @kagi.com

Google’s own AI summary agreeing that it has cannibalised the internet.

@kentcdodds.com “I've added some pretty cool AI-powered features to kentcdodds.com and I want to tell you all about it.” The link result sums up AI well 😆

404 - Oh no, you found a page that's missing stuff.
"/blog/an-ai-powered-kentcdodds-com" is not a page on kentcdodds.com. So sorry.

I personally prefer things as close to the bottom as possible. Arc has probably the nicest tab management I’ve seen on any browser. It would also satisfy high or low thumbers 🙂

You scroll up (swipe down). It feels pretty intuitive to me.

@quiche.industries Hi 👋 This doesn't happen often but the only example I can confidently link to is from MY site 😭 With Quiche the top of the screen isn't tinted but it is with Safari. I have the meta theme-color tags in place 🤷‍♂️ wstone.uk

Quiche browser not tinting the top of the screen.

Safari browser correctly tinting the top of the screen.

Screenshot of inspector of wstone.uk webpage showing the correct meta tags in place.

@quiche.industries found an odd bug, where the search bar comes up very short. Doesn’t happen every time but here’s a video that will hopefully give some clues.

The Mini’s dark mode look nice but then you get blinded when you finish it. Why only half-dark-mode the app?

This is what @nytimes.com call “dark mode”: 16 white squares shining at your face 😣
