Nearly all the votes reporting right now are early votes, which I suspect will skew Dem.

I’m guessing this goes to a Harris-Fuller runoff. Fuller wins in the runoff almost certainly but glad to see a good showing.

From the liquidation order… it’s shocking they didn’t get shut down sooner. The word “mandatory” in “mandatory control level” apparently doesn’t mean what I think it means.

Reading the CBO estimates on BBB and this part surprised me: it seems to me they’re saying CSRs wouldn’t be funded in states where non-Hyde abortion is required to be covered, so silver loading would continue.
