On International Safe Abortion Day, Rep. Jan Schakowsky and Sen. Cory Booker reintroduced the Abortion is Health Care Everywhere Act, which would repeal the Helms Amendment so US aid can fund comprehensive reproductive care, including abortion. We endorse it. #AbortionIsHealthcareEverywhere
