You got me looking at old bills and current prices... CNU tuition & board my freshman year in 2004 was slightly over $12k for the year. 2026 it's over $15k per semester. Grad school I paid by credit hour but it was around $300 in 2008 vs $650 today. Maybe we'll homeschool college 😅

At least we were able to refinance our home in 2021 for a ridiculously low rate. I guess we'll be stuck here for a while. Hope the kids get scholarships 😅

Same re: garden and TP. Tomatoes did alright but everything else kinda went to shit in terms of producing enough to store. And TP, well, we're a family of 7 so even regularly buying in bulk we go through it.
