Pupdate, #UglyDogs! My parents took him in an they think he has an infection so he is on antibiotics while they send the test stuff out for deeper analysis. We don’t have to change anything, but he will be getting more cuddles, scritches, and Snoot Smooches (looking at you, Peet!). Thank you all!❤️

#UglyDogs - Guinness needs more good vibes. He is back at the vet this morning because I noticed some red in his urine last night. All lab results were normal earlier this week, so I am both confused and concerned (going with c words for now).

Pupdate - labs are normal (thank goodness), and he has been given fluids to help with dehydration and meds to help him feel better and to get rid of nasty nausea. He is less than happy, but is getting small amounts of canned food with a little water. He appreciates all the loves and vibes, as do I.

My fellow #UglyDogs - a request if you don’t mind… I have contracted what I think is a nasty flu bug. I couldn’t take poor Guinness for a walk today, and tomorrow doesn’t look good for it either…While Nurse Guinness takes VERY GOOD care of me, I would appreciate any pics you have of happy moments.

My #UglyDogs will get this… I work in library support for a school district with over 60 schools (more than 40 are K-5. I create lists of books that I recommend libraries order for their collections. I just added @blairbraverman.bsky.social ‘s upcoming book to my k-5 list😊
