増村十七さんの『進め！白鼻進』 2026/08/16 JST 23:59まで無料で読めるとのことですが（ bigcomics.jp/episodes/254... ）私は紙の本で再読しました。天ちゃん誕生あたりから「これ以上進むな！白鼻進！」という気持ちに。ページをめくるのが怖くなるのですよね。そこからの高まりと最後の4ページの急降下。コマごとにだんだん音量が絞られて無音になるこの感じ、漫画でしかできない表現なのでは。

写真のように“やや”くっつきます。朝食の目玉焼きで実験しました（油大さじ１→中火で１分待つ→調理２分、蓋なし）。冷ました後に少量の水でふやかせば、こびりついたものは必ず取れます。ストウブは空焚きNGなので、最初の火加減が慣れるまで難しいかもしれません。 Bluesky では #ストウ部というフィードで他の使用例もチェックできます＾＾高温での調理が多ければやはり鉄のフライパンでしょうか。うちの15年選手たち、ご覧の通りお手入れテキトーですが、焦げつき・錆知らずです。良いものが見つかりますように。

この映画のベースとなった往復書簡と、「人間を人間として扱う」ために精神科病院廃絶法（バザリア法）を導入したイタリアの半世紀後を追ったこの本を積みました。

昨日買った本2冊。
①濱口竜介監督の映画『急に具合が悪くなる』原作本。宮野真生子、磯野真穂著。がんの転移を経験しながら生き抜く哲学者と、臨床現場の調査を積み重ねた人類学者が、死と生、別れと出会い、そして出会いを新たな始まりに変えることを巡り、20通の往復書簡。
②『イタリア地域精神医療の思想と実践－患者・家族・支援者は語るイタリア地域精神医療の思想と実践－患者・家族・支援者は語る』森越まや著。29万人の入院患者を抱える日本で精神科医として働く著者が、イタリア地域精神医療の現場を丹念に訪ね、日本の精神医療の可能性を探る。地域精神医療ネットワーク（病院、行政、学校、警察、居住、就労）の現場で取材。

『木挽町月光夜咄』(吉田篤弘著) 「木挽町という町があって、そこに曾祖父が営む鮨屋があった。幻の店を探すうち、過去と現在がひとつになってゆく。」吉田さんの、常体にたまに敬体が入り混じる独特の文体が好き。エッセイなのに、記憶の中の過去の自分と会話したりご先祖さまを生き返らせてみたりと、ちょっとフィクションっぽい部分もある、不思議な本。 #読了　1/2

📘’My Friends’ (Hisham Matar) #読了 1984年のイヴォンヌ・フレッチャー殺人事件からアラブの春まで、リビア内戦の裏側で出会い、別れ、記憶の中ですれ違うKhaledとMustafa、Hosamの物語。この小説では、まるで登場人物のようにロンドンの街や文士たちが重要なモチーフとして使われている。リビアの家族や友人と別れて異国で生きていくKhaledにとっては、何か心を繋ぎとめてくれるものや場所が必要だったのだと思う。自分の弱さに素直に向き合う主人公にとても惹かれた。本を読み終えてしまったので、もうKhaledとお別れしなくてはならないのがとてもさみしい。

『白磁の人』江宮隆之 #読了柳宗悦に影響を与えた浅川伯教・巧兄弟。その浅川巧の生涯を、朝鮮民藝復興の歴史を通して史実に基づいて描いた小説。植民地支配の影響で朝鮮文化が軽視される状況が続く中、現地のことばを学び、同じものを食べ、朝鮮の人々が自国の文化を誇りに思い保存できるよう、一生をその活動に捧げた浅川巧。異民族は敵、異文化は排斥すべし。ゼノフォビアを助長する大国のニュースが毎日流れてくるこんな時代だからこそ、読んでよかったと思える本です。
