To be clear, John Fetterman didn’t “accidentally” call himself a lifelong fascist republican, it didn’t slip out by mistake, he was stating truth, he was a MAGA plant from the very beginning and I can’t wait until Pennsylvania voters toss the disgraceful treasonous fraud out of office.

Oddly I want to get excited about Doomsday. But I can't. Yet I AM excited for the documentaries about Musk and Holmes. When did I get so old I am more interested in docs like this than in superhero's punching each other?

There is this YouTube channel “super Saturday morning simulator”. It’s become a weekend tradition for me to turn it on Saturday morning to relive my childhood. Stumbled upon it showing the real ghostbusters today.

Okay, I want to remind everyone - check your voter registration. Get things in line. Ask your neighbors if they might need a drive. Basically get our ducks in a row for the midterms.

I did not have that on "Things to expect today" - Massie is forcing a impeachment vote for Hegseth.

So I watched the first two episodes of this show “dang” on Netflix. I think I can see what we’re supposed to be jokes. But they ain’t funny this is a really bad show.

25 years ago today I was in the Navy, "Cranking" (It's not what it sounds like). That is a Navy tradition that says that if you are not a 2nd class petty officer or above you have to work in the mess for 6 months. I was working the beverage aisle and a friend of mine came up and said "Did you hear?

So generally - this direct had some very high highs. Persona 6 - just the name - made me cheer. The lows are just games not for me but they'll make others really happy. Yeah, This was good. I didn't really see a stinker in the lot.

Kirby and the World Beyond. I want it in my hands now. Apparently between this and the Kirby Amiibos that character just wants my entire bank account.

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Okay, now we are talking - a new James Bond game on a Nintendo platform. I mean... Goldeneye is the reason we HAVE FPS games so this is an easy sell for me.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Romancing Saga 3... Never heard of it so it isn't returning for me but it looks kinda good.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

YUGIOH!!! I can see myself grabbing that.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Metal Slug was always fun for a quick play... Not sure I want to spend any actual money on it though. Might grab it. Might not.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

METROID! Yes yes yes. I'll take it. Hopefully it'll be a return from the recent launch title.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Considering the less than stellar Switch Sports... I will wait on this new one. I might grab it if reviews are good.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Meh... The only time I ever cared about Resident Evil was when the first movie hit and it was the only zombie movie around. Never got into the games.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Cairn looks good. I kinda want to play that one. As long as it isn't one of those $80 games I might grab it.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Kirby amiibos? Yes yes yes yes - Kirby is my jam.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Meh... Lego Batman isn't a thing I am that interested in. Might be fun though. I'll wait for a review of that one.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

This Ondeh game looks like it might be good.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

020

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 for Switch 2? Yeah, that looks good.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Witcher 3 is not for me but that will make a lot of people happy.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

It's odd that Nintendo seems to have recently remembered Starfox exists... Intrigued about that stuff.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Meccha Chameleon looks intriguing. I can go for that if it isn't expensive.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Couldn't care less about another Warriors game whether it includes Link or not.

000

wookietim.bsky.social @wookietim.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Oddly I also have no interest in Final Fantasy. I want to like that franchise but... It always irked me every time I tried to play it.
