I didn’t hate the “feral Wolverine” arc that happened after Magneto ripped the adamantium from his skeleton (there was one book that, if memory serves, had almost no words. It was great). I did love the bandana mask that replaced his cowl during that stretch. Watching X-Men 97 reminded me of it.

I feel like the X-Men Origins: Wolverine got Logan’s hair as close to what I envision it being which is hair that is longer and brushed back that happens to flip out on the sides rather than styled to curl up. Logan doesn’t seem like a guy who spends time doing his hair.
