I can't remember why I had my camera with me when I meeting someone for dinner that evening, but am I glad I did. The sunset was good. If you live in Seattle or are just visiting, you can't beat the view at Ray's. And the food is good as well. #seattle #sunset #photography #nature

Seattle's Space Needle is between two buildings taking up the left and right side of the photo. The full moon is perfectly - trust me, I went nuts getting the alignment correct - above the space needle. The pixel stretching is the moon looking like its in motion falling from the sky

there's a raven sitting on a broken tree log in a type Pacific Northwest Forest. pretting much in the middle. the pixel stretching is from the feathers of the raven showing movement from the left to the bird in purples, blues, and blacks of the feathers.

"Sunset On The Edge Of Forever" The Guardian stood watching the sun set on another day, in a stream of endless days. "Has it been 3,000 or 4,000 sunsets?" The Guardian mused. Tonight, the sun would set, the stars would rise, and the Doorway would appear for the first time in over a millennia.

An ancient bristlecone pine tree, that is probably around 4,000 yrs old, stands on a hill. It's gnarled and twisted, looking out into a cloudy sunset with a hint of color.

"Sunrise Rosé" It's interesting going back and looking at older photos with fresh eyes and fresh editing techniques. I remember this sunrise like it was yesterday. I was photographing the neowise comet with friends when the sky lit up like a sparkling rosé wine for sunrise.

"Ghost" Using a shallow depth of field, the blue bells around the tulips turned into a blue mist around the white tulip. Taken in my friend's garden.

"I Did it My Way" - I loved how this tall purple tulip was on its own, the other tulips hadn't popped yet. The background, to me, looks like strokes of a paint brush. Taken in my friend's garden.

"Tinker Bell" - Leucojum, Spring Snowflake - three bell shaped white flowers with little green dots on the tip, hanging from a stem, are surrounded by green leaves. Taken in my friend's garden.
