Another idea is to do average speed. If someone is averaging a high speed between one camera and the next they get a big ticket. Penalizes folks who routinely speed. It works very well in the U.K.

Yikes.. 😳 I get that, too. The greatest thing that happened to me once was when I switched departments. Got a ton of messages asking me to do stuff and I was like, “nope, I switched to a different team.. but there are other qualified people to help!” I wish I could keep using that excuse…
