@cranknockout.bsky.social Is there any chance of US shipping coming still? :( I really want to grab all three issues.

Rolled credits on Silksong today after 85h. Great game, but the difficulty was way up there. Act 3 is a no-go for me, sadly. I need a break. Onto Kunitsu-gami to have spooky fun ahead of Halloween and a trip to Japan!

My latest form of entertainment has been to play Silksong while hate watching Invasion on Apple TV+. The show is awful, but I want to see the aliens, so...hate watch.

This is why I laugh when people get pissy about the UI for the Switch. I’d much rather have it barebones than whatever Xbox is now.

@capcomusa.com Really would love a Monster Hunter Rise update for Switch 2! Even if just for 60fps!

I love this sign from Cyberpunk 2077. lol

A screen capture from Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2. A cardboard sign that says, “Aliens kidnapped my wife and kids. Help me celebrate.”

My sweet baby Switch 2 is here! I even met the driver with donuts this morning. 😆

So so excited for my Switch 2 tomorrow. It’s bittersweet. The Switch has been a huge part of my kids growing up, life changes, COVID, and more. It holds its place firmly behind the Game Boy for me. Here’s to the next 8-ish years!

Finished the storyline for Dave the Diver. What a delight!! I was worried the sushi bar would be too hectic, but it turned out to be fun (with added staff). I can see why it’s so well rated!

Went to see a band from Chile last night and 4 of their 6 members were sent back to Chile in Miami because ICE decided they looked like they would try to stay. What the actual fuck is happening?! I’m so sick of this crap.

Tried an acupressure mat for the first time. Rating: unsure out of unsure. I’ll be trying it for a month and seeing what I think for stress and back pain relief.

Clear liquid diets are the worst. Especially when the hospital gives you broth that’s room temperature. Blah. 😑

Surgery moved to Tuesday. Guess I’ll play a lot of Game Boy here in this hospital bed.

Everyone keeps talking about how Link better not talk and how he’s mute. Umm…did no one watch the animated series?! Link can be funny and can totally meld into someone else from time to time.

While clearly not perfect, the Virtual Game Card feature Nintendo is doing makes so much more sense for multiple systems and families. A very welcome change!

If I never have to see a dumb face #YouTube thumbnail again, it’ll be too soon. This trend sucks. All videos look the same and people’s dumb faces they make don’t help to make me interested in the content.

Finished my first Castlevania game today. Kind of embarrassed. Also, it was Mirror of Fate on the 3DS, which I hear is not a good one. I enjoyed it though, so you know…
