Kinda the reason I moved to the no-AI version of DuckDuckGo. Been having a nicer time searching there more as of late.

Wishdream, The Longing Dreamer @wishdream.furria.net · 07/10/2026

Pretty much same here for me! I dunno if I can trust their approach because of how they tackled by the form itself and tackling ALL AI altogether. Also with the form, it's not as visible as it should be in the page itself. I don't know if it's intentional sabotage or not.

Listen folks, very big difference between assistive and generative. I highly recommend you take this survey if you care about the VRC social space! However, DON'T confuse IntelliSense with Copilot. IntelliSense is a traditional auto-complete for programmers! Copilot on the other hand is Generative!

I also respond with "Other" because IntelliSense isn't Copilot, not differentiating between the two of them is a problem since one is generated, one isn't the AI we know today. I can tell the one writing the form is either doing malpractice or didn't ask the difference with their programmers.

Brain today hasn't been braining, so I decided to take a nap in which my brain subconsciously checked the clock and fell back asleep several times for 5 hours. At least I'm well rested? I got my steps in before I did at least.

I've been prioritizing comfort and health for awhile. Honestly, something I very much need right now. Nothing troubling, just a lot of healing, self-care and self-introspection. Whispers of moonlight's eve is coming soon though. What form that will take, let's find out.

I feel it should be more okay to take the stance of "I'm going to wait until I have more information" before jumping to a conclusion. I often see people make a conclusion on something right away, on very limited information. It's okay to not make up your mind on something right away.

It's been 2 weeks since Fright Train has come out and you know what the devs have been doing? They're responding to feedback, fixing bugs, and adding Quality of Life features. If you played Fright Train, please leave them a review! These two devs deserve so much!

As per usual, me not putting too much eggs in one basket. A furry focused Fluxer instance is an interesting alternative. Either way, feel free to add me on there. Just change Fluxer to FluxFur instance your Fluxer client to use the desktop and mobile client!

Do I really have to buy a VST just for some good pitch and formant shifting? All the free ones kinda get this robot-like consistency for some reason when you go past 1x pitch shift. Trying to basically do a voice changer without AI here.

Decided to participate in todays #BasisLoadTest in... #Basisvr It was actually pretty neat. A bit tricky to get things setup (was using Leona from elizacg.com, which is a real cool avi) but it was fun. And hey - yoga! Also server managed to live up to 1630 people in a sole instance. #vr

It was lovely to be a part of another @basisvr.org #BasisLoadTest! This time it's a 1500 User Load Test! I didn't get my avatar in time for the picture but to see plenty of people without even a single drop in frames was mind-blowing! First two is with about 300-ish users. Third is 1650! #basisvr
