Não é "esconder", na verdade. É mais a sensação de que o caso foi "engineered" para reações epidérmicas nas redes sociais por quem como eu não foi muito mais além. Mesmo assumindo que a senhora é a vítima e o fundo o lobo mau isto cai na categoria de "compra por impulso", que evito.

Sim, é sobretudo uma luta de classes e quase sempre somos distraídos disso com o próximo objeto brilhante. Mas não consigo ter uma opinião sobre este caso concreto porque tenho a sensação de que me estão a esconder coisas, tanto de um lado como do outro.

It would be better, yes. But that's a bit more complex since this is migrant population only. I wonder, for example, if there is some international standard to group those between 18 and 34, or even if they actually have data for them and categorize them under "young adults".

It's data visualization, but there are a few distinctions that make sense to me, like quant/qual, abstract vs. scientific (ie, visualizing change in temperature of a physical object), diagrams, Ikea-style instructions...

A population pyramid is a simple chart. You just have to: ❌Plot two visually balanced series; ❌Make them easy to compare (plot on a single side of the x axis) ❌Young at the bottom, Old at the top. Interesting to see that a relevant newspaper here in PT (Expresso) still doesn't get it. #datavis

Depende. Algumas têm uma almofada que lhes parece suficientemente grande para que a crise as afete seriamente (como o tipo do Ferrari a queixar-se do preço da gasolina). Outros têm tão pouco que têm dificuldade em perceber que podem ter menos.
