After a long wait, we have been told that the agent got someone with the authority to fix the claims to just fix them immediately instead of sending them off to the faceless adjustments team that tends to ignore them. The Cigna-ASH policy document states that certain Cigna plans are not intended to use ASH at all. Plans like the one we're currently on. I communicate this to the agent while reading the document. The agent says "agent disconnected, non response" and hangs up.
