Funnily enough, this is what really solidifies this for me. Yuta has been chasing after Hinata and trying to stop him from leaving him behind over and over and he just. Keeps doing it. He wants Yuta to be happy and live a normal life so badly without him that he'll just keep looking the other way.

I think my all time favourite example of this will always be the way that Yuta himself compares what Hinata did to protect Anzu in 2x2 to how Hinata acts in his attempts to protect *him*. Which is pretty huge from Mr "I love Yuta more than anyone else in the world".
